Bodyweight Bootcamp

No equipment? No problem! This 40-minute boot camp class is designed to leave you feeling better than ever. With a mixture of body weight exercises, cardio, and core movements you will feel energized to finish off your work day! Ditch the afternoon coffee and join us for a quick spike of energy. If you have weights, feel free to bring them along! Please know they are not required to fully participate in this class.

Bootcamp

Experience a creative and challenging full body workout through the combination of strength and cardio based exercises that use a wide variety of equipment. This bootcamp will kick you into shape though a safe and strategic format.

Buns & Guns

This class is designed to focus on either upper body or lower body for a toned and conditioned figure! Body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands and more will be utilized in this fun 30-minute class!

Bust a Gut

This 30 minute class that will start with a quick warmup and we'll get right to it! Cardio that can be done from anywhere will take up the first 20 minutes of class and we will finish off with a spicy core circuit to leave your core feeling stronger than ever! All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio Blast

This class is designed for all things cardio in your own home! You will spend the entire class doing cardio movements. No equipment is required but if you have a cardio machine at home you can ask the coach how to incorporate it if you want. No weights are required for this cardio blast!

Chair Yoga

Using a chair as a prop, this class includes breathwork, flexibility, balance and strength. A quarter of the class is done seated and the rest will involve standing and balancing poses. Occasionally you will be lying down with the option to remain seated.

Core & Cardio

This 30 minute format includes a variety of cardio and core activities to improve your endurance and core strength. This class will incorporate body weight intervals to bring your heart rate up!

H.I.I.T

Workouts involve bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times. H.I.I.T. workouts tend to burn more calories than traditional workouts. Intermediate to advanced.

Gentle Yoga

The focus of the class is on a different theme and yoga postures each session. Modifications are given for each pose.

Midday Metcon

Improve your overall fitness as you work your way through exercises to improve your cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility! Tough, but fun classes! Intermediate to advanced.

Muscle Hustle

This class is great if you have 1 or 2 dumbbells or some other heavy object of choice! This class is designed to use weights and improve your muscle endurance and strength! Join in for a 30-minute weight lifting session that will leave your entire body feeling stronger than ever!

POP Pilates

A pilates-inspired, mat-based class that focuses on full body conditioning, with an emphasis on core.

Strength

This class will leave you feeling stronger than ever. With a mixture of dumbbell and body weight movements you are welcome to join in the fun. All levels are welcome.

Yoga Flow

Full body yoga flow, designed to increase flexibility, strength, balance, and mental focus. Modifications will be offered. All levels welcome.
